Books Remaining in the United States

As of October 29, 2007 fewer than 50 copies of the original press run of 499 copies remain available for sale in the United States.

BYU Bookstore & Library

Starting in December 2006, the BYU Bookstore in Provo, Utah began to fill requests for copies of "Translating Scripture: The Thai Book of Mormon".  Look for copies in the religion section of the BYU Bookstore. Two copies of the book have been acquired by the Harold B. Lee Library at BYU.

Church History Library

On Thursday November 16, 2006, the Church History Library acquisition committee in Salt Lake City accepted a copy of "Translating Scripture: The Thai Book of Mormon" to become a part of the library's permanent collection. The book will soon appear in the library's catalog. See the certificate of donation.

Sales in Thailand

Book sales in Thailand began in October 2006 during the celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the dedication of Thailand for the preaching of the gospel in 1966.  Copies of the book in Thailand can be obtained through Sister Srilaksana in the Asoke Ward, President Gygi in the International Ward / Cambodian branch or President Wisit President of the Bangkok Thailand Stake. Proceeds of all sales in Thailand will remain with Sister Srilaksana. The sales price in Thailand is 1000 Baht (400 Baht for members without an automobile).
